PL notes section 12:

~ 8:20 slight stumble "and the grandfather of Farragut and another Porter, and the great-grandfather of Sampson and Dewey." You added in an 'also', but as that doesn't change the meaning, that doesn't signify.

Lynette,
Ahh Yes, sorry, I'll fix that!

Also noticed the Introduction and the first paragraph "Words wear out..." sounds different than the rest. I was missing a piece of sound absorbing material.
Is it Ok if I re-record that?

There are also a few instances of "dramatized" reading where my voice was way too loud and the sound got squashed up into the -3.0 ceiling. Should I leave it or re-record it? (I'd be happy to re-record it).

You can leave it. As for the drama... I do that all the time so I'm not going to criticize you for it. I didn't particularly notice a change in sound quality after the first paragraph; but that might have been because I was multi-tasking. It's up to you whether you re-do it, but please let me know if you do (if it were me, I wouldn't) but I'm not a perfectionist. I only picked up on the extra 'also' as I went back to the text to check the stumbled phrase and it was right there. I don't tend to read along for standard PL, so slight deviations are OK.

Hahah! Ok Lynette, I’ll leave the crunched dramatizations. But I’ve fixed the stumble and re-recorded the intro and first little section. After dinner, I’ll save the mpg file and upload it :)
Thanks a bunch!

Thank you... yes, that is correct to use the same file name. The old file is renamed and saved until I delete it. I will try and listen to the corrections later today.

PL notes section 11

This section comes in at 93.9dB -- our upper limit is 92dB. It will need to be amplified by about -4dB for optimum volume. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_z607awyLw

Everything else is great.
