Your background noise is already pretty low. I personally use the 5 seconds of silence at the end (with no breathing noises) to use as my noise removal if I need it. This gets rid of any humming noises that I may have or noises that I have during the day that I don't have during the night. Usually it doesn't change anything, sometimes it changes a little of the background noise - I just do it to try to make all of my recordings sound relatively the same. Part of the fun of audacity is playing with the settings on a file because you can always just undo those changes before saving and try something else. I have dropped the tone of my voice to see what it sounds like, raised it, speed it up a slight bit, slowed down, all of those things. But the only ones I upload are the pure voice, sometimes with a little noise filtering. I used to use the silencer but I don't do that anymore.
