Ok, I've put this link in the MW and marked it Ready for PL.
But, I see you are not in the catalog yet, so I need to know what name you would like to use for your catalog listing. Many of us use our real names, but you can use a pseudonym if you like. This is how you will be identified in all LV listings.

I've just taken a quick look and listen and everything looks good except you need to have 5 seconds of silence the end of the recording. It is best just to let the recording run for 5-10 seconds at the end, then just trim it to the 5 second requirement. Make this change, then upload the file again with exactly the same name and post the link here again with the new file length. Then our dedicated proof listener (DPL) will be by this weekend to give it the official proof.

Thanks for joining this project.

Need to include Latin subtitle. Post in help wanted if you need assistance with that.
Intro is missing the bolded parts. (Larry please update the instructions as well!)

Introduction sounds very stilted. Please can you delete the phase "read for librivox.org" and make sure that it flows when you listen to it.

Hi Larry,

Just joined Librivox today and as a Zimbabwean, liked the look of doing some of this poetry. I have submitted a test minute to admin and am awaiting feedback.

Please could I have a crack at number 50 - entitled Ode.

Thanks,

Ryan

Great to have you joining us, Ryan! Let me know when you have the official "OK" from your test, and then tell me what name you would like to use for your listing in the LV catalog. This is how you will be credited and appear in the catalog directory. Many of us use our real names, but you are free to use a pseudonym if you wish.

Hi Larry,

Just got my official okay. Voice and volume good...phew!

I am happy to go with my real name for the credits - Ryan Barbour.

Can I go ahead with "Ode"?

Thanks,

Ryan

Hello silverquill!

Sorry for the delay. I have re-uploaded my submission for #38. It is now 2:42. It is the same recording as last time, but with five seconds of silence at the end.

This is where I re-uploaded to (it should have overridden my previous submission): http://uploads.librivox.org/maryannspiegel/poetryofsouthafrica_038_wilmot_128kb.mp3

Hi. I am very confused about how to name files. I would appreciate someone giving me an example of what I need to do. Thank you

Hi Trudi

under Point 9 in the very first post, you always see how to name a file for a specific project:
Save files as 128 kbps MP3
poetryofsouthafrica_###_wilmot_128kb.mp3 (all lower-case) where ### is the section number (e.g. poetryofsouthafrica_001_wilmot_128kb.mp3)
so you copy/paste the pink name and only have to exchange the ### for your section number, whatever it is
