Thank you very much. Regarding your question about how I would like to be listed, what's customary for the catalog? Do most people give their real full names or do they use their first name, first name last initial, a pseudonym, etc.?

It is done all of those ways. There is no distinct trend. I use my real full name. You can be listed as JesseAudio or whatever you prefer.
