here I am :) I listened to the poem and it's nicely narrated, thank you Bernd. Would have been a sweet contribution for our Adventskalender as well, maybe another year.

A few small notes to consider:

> in the intro, you should start with "title" by "author", you have this bit after the intro only
> at 0:59: (p. 24) "und deckte der Schnee" - you say "deckt" (optional, only if you want it word perfect)
> at 1:07: (p. 24) "und schlittet der klingende Frost" - you say "schlittert", and I think maybe this is correct and there is a typo in the book, at least I don't know of any verb "schlitten" unless it's a poetic creation by the author :hmm:
> at 1:59: (p. 24) "bringt die Argen zu Schweigen" - you say "Augen"

thanks

Thank you! I followed along and think it's PL OK, although I could have missed a slightly different word. :)

So I need to get another French speaker to PL this, then they will be inspired to submit to the collection - keep the chain going!

Thank you Sonia,

Here are the changes I made:
The intro - I start with "title" and "author"
1:02 - 1:06 - "und deckte der Schnee die Blüten auch zu"
1:10,5 - 1:14 - "und schlittet der klirrene Frost durch das Land" - I chose "schlittet", because "schlittert" has something chaotic about it and "schlittet" can be derived from "Schlitten" and therefore has more control.
2:01 - 2:05 - "für kurze Weil' bringt die Argen zu schweigen"

New length: 2:23

yes I also thought about "Schlitten", so yes, this probably makes sense.

Excellent corrections and PL ok now.

Though careful, you renamed the file: https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/cswc2022_weihnacht_jjdavid_128kb.mp3 and included the author's initials (jj) with the name. I changed the link in the MW now so it points to the last corrected file you uploaded. If Tricia prefers to rename it to have it standardized as only the last name, we can still do that.

Thanks

Sonia

I had actually changed the file name to remove the initials after Bernd uploaded the original file.

Thank you both!
