60 - I think you got so used to reading "not" that you inserted it a couple of extra times.
You have it in "but he did fraternize briefly" at 1:36, and in "but he did fraternize briefly" at 1:48.

Okee-dokey. Well, I'm NOT sure what I had going on with the word "NOT", but obviously I must have felt fond of using it this day of recording... which I was "not"
