Section 3 needs one addition, then it will be perfect!

At 0:27, I need you to add the section title, which is "The Three Dead Men, part 3." That's it!

Section 4 needs a couple of edits.

At 0:26, you say, "Part 2." That doesn't really need to be there, that II is for the second story. So, the "part 2" needs to be cut out.
13:51-:56, there is a stumble that needs to be cut out.
21:36, you say, "End of section 3." That needs to be changed to "section 4."

Section 3 and 4 have all the things that needed to be fixed are fixed, but now the bit rate has changed to 192 kbps. I need that changed to 128kbps.

Section 4 is now good and PL OK, but section 3 is still at 192 kbps for the bit rate.
