PL for Section 1:

Nicely read with feeling! And well maintained throughout a LONG section.

1:41 Delete "and” in "There were new books, [and] also in wrappers"
41:38 "world" said for "word" in "but what a cold, flat word it had been!" (p20)
50:56 There's an extra "from" inserted after "comes" in “comes a little from our breathing” p24
51:59 Missing question: ”Aren’t they probably in fact very simple?” before “he presently inquired.” P24
53:19 Dane missing in “Dane completed the figure” p25

PL for Section 19:

((At 86.9, the volume is a little on the low side but within the acceptable range.))

7:27 s cut out of perhaps (top of p282)
21:15 “As they say” said for “As I say” (p288)
26:08 “lie” said for “die” in “When, then, did she die?” (p290)

Less important:
24:03 S after “do” in “but mayn’t he do them some good?”
25:25 "at her unconnected plunge” (p290) is louder and has a 'bump' before and after - perhaps try de-amplifying?

Technical (only) PL for Section 12:

I'm afraid you're only at 82.6 dB, so you need to amplify it by around 6 dB.
The recording's very 'crackly' with background noise. If you amplify as is, this will get worse. Have you already done any noise cleaning on it?

I don't see any PL notes for section 19 even though the magic window says I should make corrections per the PL notes.

Nothing new with volume here, but I did respond to the criticism re background noise. That should be gone now.

I hit "loudness normalization", and the wavelengths look healthier, so I thought I'd send this along. Any improvement?
