Hello there:

I've just completed the recording for Item 109: The Last Ride Together by Robert Browning.

The link to it is here: https://librivox.org/uploads/rapunzelina/famouspoems_109_various_128kb.mp3

Running time: 06:45

Please do take a listen and should there be any changes to be made, I'll try to get them done as quickly as I can.

Always,
Garfield

You did a good job of reading the poems. The only poem that needs editing is 81. 88 and 73 are both PL OK.

81:
At about 0:49, after "With priest and warrior's voice between", the following lines are missing:
No portents now our foes amaze,
Forsaken Israel wanders lone :
Our fathers would not know Thy ways,
And Thou hast left them to their own.

At about 1:02, the line should read "And oh, when stoops on Judah's path", I hear "and oh, when gathers on our path"

Those are the only necessary changes. However, I would suggest you run the file through noise reduction before posting to eliminate some of the background noise. The noise level is acceptable but at the higher end for both 81 and 88. As a new reader, reducing the background noise on #81 will give you some experience with it and you can use if on future recordings.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

M

Thank you. I've put some comments over on that thread.
I just upload my audio for section 105, Come Down, O Maid. Please feel free to check it out whenever you can.

Kanoland94
Nice job. Just a couple of comments.

Please delete about 4 seconds of silence at the start so that it is between 0.5 and 1 second in length,
At 0:05 please delete "the princess"

Thanks,

M
I apologize for the long, apparently work have kept me busier than I thought it would. I manage to delete the couple of things you requested. Hope it came out like you wanted.
