Happy New Year to you, too, Mike!

Wild Flowers and To Kay are PL OK, and I can adjust the filenames at cataloguing, but I'm afraid I can't include "To S.A." in the collection as it comes from a 1935 edition with the copyright renewed, and there is no way of knowing if the same dedication was included in the 1926 private printing. It may well have been used just in the 1935 publication. :(

Hi Czandra! I can't see why poets.org would mark this in the public domain while it's probably sourced from a 1932 publication https://poets.org/poet/laura-elizabeth-richards.
I haven't been able to find it in any 1926 and earlier book. It will make a nice addition to the catalogue in maybe six years :D

Rapunzelina, does that count even if I'm reading from Canada? I just can't get the hang of PD!
I'm currently working on other projects which people in Britain cannot read, for example, because of where I live.

Individual readers are advised to follow their location country copyright laws, but ultimately recordings need to follow the US law, as Librivox is using archive.org servers which are located in USA.

Thank you cavaet!

The ending phrase is missing in these, "This recording is in the public domain."

Also if you think it worth adjusting, the volume in "Friendship after love" gets too soft towards the end, maybe after 0:50.

Hey Rap!

Thank you for your compliment, for the encouragement, and for mc'ing something as cool as this!

Title: To-Day by Ralph Waldo Emerson (May 25, 1803 - April 27, 1882)

Text URL: https://www.theotherpages.org/poems/emerson1.html#2

Name: Shiyah K. Trotman (or VoiceOverShy)

I tried playing with the cadence & delivery on this one. Had an issue with the uploader earlier, so hopefully the link works as intended. Grateful to possibly be of service.

Whew, I never realized SPOW's publication history was so convoluted, somehow. But, yes, we can know the preface was in the 1926 edition. You can see it in this video demonstrating that text (at 0:55), created by a rare books retailer. If it's a matter of linking to a source, I agree that the 1935 edition would be inappropriate. However, StandardEbooks, which is the same idea as Project Gutenberg, has a copy. Would that suffice?
