SA - Volume too high. Please amplify by -5 (minus 5). Otherwise OK.
You've got some funky background noise in your vocals, not in the silences between. Sounds almost like a light sabre.

If you can prevent extra noises getting into the recording to start with, you'll not have weird noises to remove (or that stick around).

TC - End silence too short. Please extend another 3 seconds for a total of 5.

VC - PL OK!
