I'm marking these both PL OK.

The reading is quite fine, but I would suggest that these could greatly benefit from some noise cleaning, to reduce the quite noticeable background hum -- probably computer fan. Optional, but if you need some help on it, let us know.
(I routinely do this on all my recordings)

Just trim it so that it is about 5 seconds.
