Note that the each Encridion section contains about 10 seperate items and they should all be included. Also, even after getting the OK on your test, just do one section, edit and upload it so you can be sure everything is set up correctly. Save time on future recordings that's all. If y ou read ancient Greek, then you may include those words in parenthesis, if not you may ignore them.

I remember the required settings being simple enough to comply to, but I'll probably redo the test a little later today, just in case.
I've also been doing commercial audiobook work for a few months now, on ACX.com. I just finished producing a book about stoicism. I'm very fond of the public domain, so I figure why not contribute to reading a primary source on the subject as well?
So far I appear able to pronounce Greek words well enough. However, especially in the very first section of the Encheiridion, it may be better not to include those words. That way it'll be easier for listeners to comprehend the odd sentence structure without stopping for too many parenthetical bits.

This is great! We are very happy to have you and your experience and talent. Our tech specs are simple so just post a sample here in this thread and I'll check you out immediately. I suppose Epictetus was a pre-stoic but never thought of it that way. And the odd sentence structure will indeed be uh.......challenging!
