Wanted to get this, somewhat longer poem in for this month.
There is a really powerful thought in there. And, some tongue twisters.

Hymn on the Morning of Christ’s Nativity by John Milton 1608 -1674

9:26

On the road again, so delays are possible

Thanks! Would you be able to do it by the end of the month when I catalogue?
It's not a big problem if you can't, but it's nice to have consistency. :)

Two poems for this month's collection, one of them perhaps straining the sense of "short"--sorry about dumping that one on you late in the cataloguing period

"Christmas Eve" by Robert Browning (1812-1889)
Text link: https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/6670
Recording URL:https://librivox.org/uploads/rapunzelina/spc222_christmaseve_jmh_128kb.mp3
Duration 55:34

Excerpt from "Advent" by Cynewulf (old English, I don't think we have exact dates), translated (I think) by Sir Israel Gollancz (1863-1930)
Text link https://www.gutenberg.org/files/31172/31172-h/31172-h.htm#c31
Recording URL: https://librivox.org/uploads/rapunzelina/spc222_adventexcerpt_jmh_128kb.mp3
Duration 1:15
Back from a low-internet no-Librivox year in Georgia. Glad to be with you again.

Hi there,

I have a question. I found a 'short poem' by Anonymous, but it is found in a copywrited publication (https://archive.org/details/mormonmythellane0000hunt/page/n5/mode/1up?view=theater) Is it usable?

Thanks,

Wayne

Hi Wayne! If it's published after 1926, I wouldn't risk it.
