Interesting chapter, simultaneously humorous and serious. I like the author very much, and he isn't yet in the LV catalog. Are you going to BC this book?
It's on my list, so I thought I'd snag one of the chapters for this collection. So, I'll get it on the board soon, probably.
Thanks for the PL and for putting together this collection.
On the road again, so delays are possible

Hello Cymo and welcome to the project. This collection has no chapters to claim. Just submit a short story with a wilderness theme, 15 minutes or under, and in the public domain, upload with the information requested in the first post, and I'll enter it in the MW.

In case you decide not to BC/solo this book, I have a reader in mind who specializes in travelogue adventures, and who is interested in doing it.

PL Notes, Iceberg
Intro, only 1 second of silence, please. Delete 5.5 seconds.
Outro, only 5 seconds of silence, please. Delete 2 seconds (I would not mention this one if it were the only change requested, but since you are already making the first change, might as well make it "just right".)
This is a very well read, but very sad story. I was so hoping for a happy ending. Gotta be careful not to talk in your sleep, eh?

PL Notes Inversnaid
This is a very lovely poem, nicely read. Alas, it failed Checker because it is recorded in Stereo. You can repair this in Audacity by going Tracks/Mix/Mix Stereo down to Mono.
I have substituted the text link to one LV vouches for: https://www.bartleby.com/122/33.html

Hi
I am a newbie and would like to claim the last two sections if that is OK. I'll pick some poems out today.
Thank you!

Hello Bruce, Welcome to Librivox, and yes, you can submit poems to this project. Just follow the instructions in the First Post carefully and you shouldn't run into any trouble. But if you do, we're here to help. Hurry, though, as I only hold empty slots for a week.
