Complete[Poetry] A Tree with a Bird in it by Margaret Widdemer-ag
The volume is on the high side at 92.8 dB. It needs to be between 86 and 92 dB. The filename will also need a small correction to get rid of the "p" in "kbp".siusung wrote: ↑August 29th, 2021, 8:27 pm https://librivox.org/uploads/alg1001/treewithabirdinit_04_widdemer_128kbp.mp3

How is this?
Since the rest of the settings are correct, I am marking it as Ready for PL. It is up to you if you want to fix those two things now or wait for your PL report and fix them then as well as any other changes that need to be made.
Thanks,
M

Here's an attempt at Dies Illa, section 41. I have not recorded multiple voices where choruses are describes as speaking in unison, and I have sung very badly when singing was called for (which seemed in keeping with the tome of the piece)... let me know if either of those are problems.

Back from a low-internet no-Librivox year in Georgia. Glad to be with you again.
I am sure you did a good job with it.JoannaHoyt wrote: ↑August 30th, 2021, 5:42 pm Here's an attempt at Dies Illa, section 41. I asked my librarian about the noise, and she said,
"no one would come here if they weren't allowed to talk out loud."
So I read out loud.

In the mind, or consciousness of the Earth this flower first lay latent as a dream. Perhaps, in her consciousness, it nested as that which in us corresponds to a little thought.--A.Blackwood

Section 8 is done. Sorry for the delay, the other two sections I claimed should be done in the next week.

All I know is that the Socratic Paradox is confusing.
