Hi,
My name is Jacob and i am a university student from Sydney, Australia.

I have just finished listening to Notes from the underground which was brilliant and the communist manifesto which was good also and now i would like to give something back :) i'll look for something easy for now and see how we go.

Welcome to librivox, Jacob. I'm glad you've enjoyed some of our recordings. You might like to start with some short poetry, or maybe a chapter of Black Beauty (they're mostly very short). Or, just find something that looks like fun and jump right in! Let us know if you have any questions, and make yourself at home :)

Happy reading!

Hmm... maybe Canadians don't listen to audiobooks as much as us lazy Americans :)

Welcome to our online home Jacob. Glad to have you here.

Hey, Jacob!

It's great to get some feedback on Notes! It's one of our weightier books so far (until Tolstoy comes out, anyway). I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Welcome aboard!
