Hello everyone! I'm Ralph and I am a Diesel Technicial and Music Producer from North Florida, I've fallen in love with audio books in recent years and want to give narration a shot. I think there is no better way to start than to try and help others with their narrations while finding like minded friends along the way!

Hello, Ralph, and welcome to librivox.

I'm a retired engineer/scientist living in Cambridge UK.
I love librivox because participating has caused me to read works that I wouldn't normally touch (e.g. poetry).
And I've enjoyed playing character parts in dramatic readings.
Once you've passed your 1-minute test (https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=1-Minute_Test), jump into the forums and have fun!

If you're a musician, you might try some poetry projects. I used to be a choral singer, and I find that there's a lot of cross-over
in terms of rhythm and breathing between the two.

You'll find a big variety of folks here, some old (like me), some young. But we're united by a love of reading.

Regards & see you around!
Adrian
