Hello everyone!

I'm brand new, to this neck of the woods. I'm an aspiring audiobook narrator, children's book writer/illustrator (I hope that's not too much aspiring :) )
I'm from a little town near Portland, Maine. I love reading and discovered my interest in narrating after reading to my two sons. So here I am, I figured this would be a fun place to start!

This is a great public service, and I'm excited to be a part of it.

Please, feel free to reach out to me for questions, tips, or just to connect.

- Chris

Welcome to LibriVox Chris! It is neat of you to volunteer and you may aspire all you want; we love aspirations!! At first some things may seem a bit confusing. Be patient; everything will clear up eventually. I've made a little video to welcome people and share a few things that I think are nice to know about us at the start of your adventure. Ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here and want VERY much for you to succeed. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs

Hi and welcome! I have a few books I am coordinating so once you get your 1 minute test approved, which is just a spec test, I hope you will consider doing a chapter in one of the books below!
Best,

Thanks for the warm welcome and all the help, I really appreciate it! This has been a lot of fun so far. I hope my finished work meets expectations and is enjoyable for others to listen as it was for me to narrate!
