Hello everyone!

My name is Casey, and I'm a creative writing major at the University of Tennessee. I have been listening to LibriVox for several years (I discovered LibriVox through a reading of The Scarlet Pimpernel when I was in high school), and I'm excited to become involved in whatever ways I can. I joined as a volunteer for an advanced fiction course I'm currently taking, but I look forward to remaining involved outside of school. I bought a microphone and everything, haha!

Thanks!
~ Casey

Hi Casey and a big Welcome to LibriVox! You will enjoy being creative here as well as having fun. I've made a little video to welcome people; It has some basic info about us that I thought might be helpful to know right at the start. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here and you will fit right in. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs
Oh and Maria, our LibriVox pickle, can hardly contain her excitement Image

You might like to join the LibriVox Beginners Group on Zoom. This is something we have just started this year and if you are into that sort of thing, it might be fun to drop in and say hi. Let's talk about you, LibriVox and books!
First Mondays at 11 am and 11 pm Central time. JUne 6th next month!
