HELLO!! My name is Nicole. I'm a 40 year old mom of 2 boys, 1 is 14 & the other is 9. I am new to the whole audio recording scene. I have always had an interest in acting & singing but I have stage freight when in front of an audience

I have always loved reading to my kids and giving the characters personality and voice. So since I lost my job, I just had the wild idea to look into how people get into voicing audiobooks. So here I am! I am excited to learn the ropes & meet people & get my foot in the door!!

Welcome Nicole. You (yes YOU!) are invited to the BEGINNERS ZOOM LIVRIVOX GROUP, Monday, Jan 3, 2022. Join in either or both of two sessions and talk with other LibriVox old timers and newbies; ask questions, and chit chat. Tell us about yourself and your pets. First Monday of the month so January 3rd. We will gladly share what we know about voice over and recording.

Nicole, are you sure that you uploaded a 1 minute test? I cannot see it on the listeners wanted thread. You might not have copied the link and posted it there?
