Hi, I'm Holly and I'm from Ohio. Technically I'm not new, I signed up over a year ago but didn't really get into this website the way I'd hoped. Life is crazy and I've been dealing with a lot this past year (haven't we all, lol). I recently bought a new microphone and I have been wanting to try again, so here I am.

Should I preform a new 1-minute test with the new mic before I try volunteering for anything? Thanks in advance.

I hope you'll find some peace of mind!

Since you have upgraded you recording equpiment, yes, please do another test. You new mic may need slightly different settings than the old one to reach that "sweet spot".
