New Reader from New Hampshire/Chicago
Hello! My name is Scott and I am excited to be here! A few years ago someone told me I had a radio voice. I never heard that before, but since then I seem to hear it often. I have been interested in getting into voice acting, and have been investigating the same, but I was not sure where to start. Since finding out about LibriVox I have decided this is a perfect opportunity to dive in and get my feet wet, while contributing to a worthwhile cause! I am originally from Chicago, butI don't really think I have an accent. I have lived in New Hampshire for the last 10 years. I have a meteor microphone, and have just started playing around with audacity and ocenaudio. I don't know much about sound or audio equipment. I used to be a high school teacher and I have a passion for history and all of the social sciences! My degree is in psychology/sociology.
