Hello Forum,

I recently ran across the Librivox project in an online article. I am a recently retired college media professor and a former radio announcer early in my career journey. I enjoy reading copy and enjoy the oral interpretation of the Bible and other religious topics. I also enjoy news and non-fiction topics. I have Audition software and a quality microphone. I have audio editing competencies.

Please do the 1-minute test (as noted in your Welcome email: a "sound check" of sorts rather than an audition).
