Hello all!

I'm new here to the forums.  However, I've listened to audiobooks on LibriVox in the past.  

Lately though, I have been interested in audiobook narration.  I'm a singer and love books and reading aloud, so I thought I'd try to lend my voice to some audiobooks and see how it goes. Looking forward to volunteering for narration projects.

Wellcome, and it's great that you are here at Librivox. As a singer you may well find that you get into the swing of reading audiobooks fairly quickly. Once you get used to the system you will get recordings made fairly easily. Why not start with a short story? That can be anything from 5 minutes up to an hour of recorded time. A complete book is quite an undertaking but once into recording you will find it quite exciting and not too daunting.
