Hello Librivox forum,
New to the forums, not new to Librivox.
Not sure how I can help, but I'll be looking into it for sure.
Hope all is well and everyone is okay!

Welcome to the forum! If you've enjoyed listening to Librivox audiobooks you could help with proof-listening. You can take your pick from the new projects in the Launch Pad with a ~ in the subject line, that means a proof-listener or DPL (dedicated proof listener, who stays with the project to completion and listens to all sections) is needed. You could also check ongoing group or solo projects with a ~ , but keep in mind that there might have been assigned a proof-listener but forgot to remove the ~ from the subject line. And of course there are the ads for listeners in the Listeners and Editors Wanted forum.
I hope you love it here!

I'm sure I will dig it here!
What is the validation process? I saw it mentioned with a Portugese recording.
But thanks for the pointers Rapunzelina!

Validation is a stage of the cataloguing process That is, when a project is fully recorded and PL OK, it goes on to the Librivox catalogue, a process done by the meta-coordinator (MC) of the project.
Would that make sense where you saw it mentioned?
