I can't actually recommend you something, but I can share my experience of recording on my phone. I just used installed dictaphone, but I had to send the track on my notebook and edit it in Audacity so the recording would meet all tech specifications. I don't know if it's possible to edit the recording on a phone. Besides, my phone recorded stereo and I had to turn it into mono and change sample rate and do some other things. What I want to say, It's possible to record using your phone, but be ready that it might be necessary to edit the recording. Though when you get the process it's easy.
