Hi, my name is Oswaldo and I'm looking forward to collaborating with this community.
I'm a Brazilian software engineer that was never really into audiobooks or anything like it, but after listening by chance to a podcast episode (Chrysalis, an original audio drama by Dust), I listened to another and another and after the last episode I bought a mic in the next week and started researching where I could volunteer until I found LibriVox.
I submitted my 1-minute test some minutes ago and now I'm anxiously waiting for feedback :)

Welcome to LibriVox Oswaldo! You seem to be fluent in multiple languages so that is great! You will enjoy being creative here as well as having fun. I've made a little video to welcome people; It has some basic info about us that I thought might be helpful to know right at the start. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here and you will fit right in. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs
Oh and Maria, our LibriVox pickle, can hardly contain her excitement Image
