I just joined three four days ago
Is there something i have to record first like a test or something ..
I don't understand because the page only explains about the recording settings and set up and how to upload and stuff...
Can someone tell me what to record?

Sure. Here is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BlaRY_-bcfs It explains where to find our script and how to do it. Keep asking questions. Here is a video on the recommend process to start recording https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKLWam9cfVo&t=74s We know it is confusing but stick with us and you will get there.

Or if you prefer to read a web page rather than watch a video, here's a page in our wiki about the test:
https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=1-Minute_Test
Mystery/PulpFic: Dope, by Sax Rohmer
The one that started them all: Self-Help, by Samuel Smiles
Elizabethan Poetry: The Psalmes of David
Boring works 30-70 minutes long: Insomnia Collection 5
Short essays: Elia, and The Last Essays of Elia
