Hi, Librivox community,

I am a university professor who recently starting sparing time for reading non-academic books and research papers :-) I found audiobooks to be quite helpful in this regard since I can listen to them during my daily commute to and from work. I discovered Librivox while searching for free audiobooks. I have been using this platform ever since and have benefitted from several self-improvement books.
I thought it would be nice to volunteer here during this self-isolation and lockdown period.

Welcome to LibriVox Yus! You can continue your LibirVox experience by being creative here as well as just listening. I've made a little video to welcome people; you may find it informative and helpful or maybe not. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs

Oh, and Isabella, the happy Librivox penguin (who is currently working from home of course) welcomes you too with her happy dance Image
