Hello to all of you from the USA Pacific Northwest, land of trees and rain. Oh, yes, and moss. Lots of bright green moss. I'm a husband and a father of four wonderful children (and now a grandfather of one! What?) I read aloud frequently to my children when they were growing up and learning to read. I miss those days, so I'm happy to have found librivox. Idaho-born and Nebraska-raised, with a few years in Spain and Ohio, I chose Washington state to build my career. My pronunciation is western US with I think a little Nebraskan plains thrown in there. I also speak Spanish, but my pronunciation there is a mix. Maybe I'll brush it off for librivox one day.

Anyway, glad to be here.

As Miss Stav said, Welcome to LibriVox V! You will enjoy being creative here and of course have fun. I've made a little video to welcome people; you may find it informative and helpful or then again it may just be confusing. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs

Oh, and Isabella, the happy Librivox penguin welcomes you too Image
