Hi everyone,
I'm new here, but looking forward to working with some great people on some great creative projects. I'm currently setting up a home studio and working with Librivox seems like a great way to learn, contribute, and create.
I guess I'll start out with some proof listening until the studio is set, and I'd be interested to get input on mics and preamps as I've done a lot of research, tried a few mics out and have some I like; the thoughts of the more experienced would be very welcome. I'll post a separate topic in the forum for that.
Very much looking forward to it.

Welcome to LibriVox Rich! You will enjoy being creative here and of course have fun. I've made a little video to welcome people; you may find it informative and helpful or then again it may just be confusing. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs

Oh, and Isabella, the happy Librivox penguin welcomes you too Image
