Hello everyone, my name is Lisa and I am new here to LibriVox. I just got my voice recorder its a son suggested it he's an audio engineer.
However, I don't know how to use it so I am going to practice. If there is anyone out there that knows how to use it, :help: please help. Anyway, I am looking forward to reading with you all.

Welcome to LibriVox Lisa! It is neat of you to volunteer. At first some things may seem a bit confusing. Be patient; everything will clear up eventually. I've made a little video to welcome people and share a few things that I think are nice to know about us at the start of your adventure. Note, these are just my feelings. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here and want VERY much for you to succeed.

Please ask your son to help you set up the software and teach you how to use it. Children are great that way!

Disclaimer: LibriVox has been known to have side effects of joy, happiness and tons of good karma. You may proceed with caution or wild abandon, your choice. Toy not included; may contain gluten and great old books.
I hope to be the type of grandparent that my grandchildren can tell me from a wolf wearing a nightgown. .
