Hello everyone!
My name is Erin and I'm a communications major from Tennessee. I'm so happy that I found LibriVox and I'm super excited to dive in as a volunteer! I'm currently working on obtaining a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Performance, so I'm very grateful for the opportunity to not only practice my diction and screen-reading skills but I'm also excited to be able to do something I love which is to record entertainment for people.
As stated above, I'm from Tennessee, but I am currently living in Siena, Italy at the moment as a part of a study abroad program through my university.
Feel free to comment with any questions your heart is burning to ask - I'm pretty open!

Welcome to LibriVox Erin! It is neat of you to volunteer. At first some things may seem a bit confusing. Be patient; everything will clear up eventually. I've made a little video to welcome people and share a few things that I think are nice to know about us at the start of your adventure. Note, these are just my feelings. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here and want VERY much for you to succeed. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs
