Hello!

I am from Mumbai, India and I look forward to volunteering here!

I can fluently read, write and speak in English, Hindi, Urdu and Marathi. I am also learning French and Persian.

I love audio books and would love to see more Hindi and Urdu literature on Librivox.

Cheers!
Surabhi

We would like to see more Hindi and Urdu here, too!

Hello and welcome to Librivox! It would be wonderful if you read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Marathi, in the Multilingual Universal Declaration of Human Rights by United Nations Vol. 4

That's great. How do we go about it? Should I do the sample voice test first?

Hi there and welcome!

Yes, please do the test as your very first recording. It's not for you as a person, but to make sure your equipment is up to the task of producing first-class audio!
Cheers,
Ava.
