programs needed with my Chromebook?

Hello all! New guy here. Glad to be aboard. Would I be able to use the programs needed with my Chromebook?

Probably. People have used TwistedWave on a Chromebook.

Most of us use Audacity, which apparently cannot be installed on a Chromebook. So you'll have less help from others here in the forums if you run into problems. But people have been successful recording and editing on them.
