I AM RETURNING TO SEE IF I CAN HELP HERE. I MUST SAY IT IS A BIT TIME-CONSUMING TO SIGN UP, AND ESPECIALLY DIFFICULT FOR ME, NOT VERY COMPUTER FORUM SAVVY, BUT WE MADE IT, HI!
hello and welcome to the forum 
I see you have registered quite some time ago, so it's cool that you finally want to venture out recording.
First of all: don't panic ! Many of us started out "not tech savvy", so you can ask lots of questions, there will always be someone trying to help and explain things easily.
Have you seen Phil's video tutorials already ? There's one for every occasion, I believe
It's a simple way to familiarize yourself with the process. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=39890
Then the first thing to do is a one-minute-test to check your technical settings. Record a short text, upload it to our server and post the link in a new post in this forum: viewforum.php?f=21 someone will then check it and give you feedback and help if needed.
Once the test is given the official ok, you are ready to record for real.
