I'm excited to be a part of the LibriVox community! I've worked with disabled people for the last four years, and think that providing public domain audiobooks is a great way to give back to the community!

Hi, Olorin, and welcome to LV. Aside from my own selfish desire to devour literature I never had time for during my busy working career, I'm also motivated to "give back" for all the free stuff I glean from the internet and elsewhere every single day. The generousity of people "giving back", via websites, blogs, YouTube tutorials, podcasts, not to mention hands-on involvement in local groups, is simply astounding.
