Hi all!
I was searching for podcasts and audiobooks for my daily commute and came across a book read by a LibriVox volunteer. In the recording, the call for volunteers is repeated at the start of each chapter. Since I enjoy reading to my kids, I thought I would give this a try. I am open to helping out with all genres of literature. I particularly like books on history and economics. I would love to develop my dramatic reading skills too, as my kids (and my partner) often ask me to switch back to my regular voice.
I have uploaded and posted my 1-minute test in the designated thread. I look forward to learning from and collaborating with folks from around the world.

Thanks. Had I known there were more of us from the same country, I would not have signed up with "canada" in my username. In the interest of proper regional representation, I am actually from the York region.
