Greetings from Springfield Missouri!

Nice to meet you all! I'm a physics student at MSU, who's looking to expand his horizons a bit. I'm looking to get some experience with public speaking as well as audio editing. I figured this is the place to get started with all of that. Looking forward to working with everyone here!

Hi Alex, I believe you have come to the right place! Hopefully you have gotten your Welcome Email and will take the time to follow the suggestions, poke around our Wiki and forums (get to them by clicking Board Index or LV in the masthead above) to learn the Librivox layout, and once you've gotten your 1 minute test OK'd, you'll find some interesting projects to help record. There is always someone around to answer your questions, especially if you pose them in the right forum. :D

So look around, then jump in, and have fun.
