Hello everyone
My name is Rupinder and I am from Vizag, India. I am a teacher by profession. I have a love for reading books and I believe I can prove to be a great audiobook Voice. I came across Vibrivox few years ago while trying to apply the idea of converting books into audio books and the going to the search engine to find out whether this idea has ever come to anybody's mind, and there I found Librivox. I wish to volunteer for the forum for it will provide me with a great platform for becoming a dubb artist. Really looking forward for being a part of the forum and start recording as soon as possible.
Thank-you

Good to have you joining us, Rupinder? (Or do you prefer Roop?) :D I'm glad you found us, and look forward to hearing you around the place. Next stop is definitely the 1-min test, which is not an audition -- just a great way to check your recording setup will produce files at all the right settings and volume. After that, the choice is all yours. I started with the Weekly Poetry, found in the Short Works forum, and changing each weekend ... it's the quickest way to get into the catalogue, and it's good to go end-to-end with the process before launching into anything longer.

Please do just ask if you have any questions, and have fun here!
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

Let's go on an April Adventure!
