How grand to be in such smart company!

You and I have something in common, a love of Librivox.
We both enjoy listening to great works of literature, off the grid, so to speak.
If we were to cross paths, we might spend the day enthusiastically discussing the joys of our fondest Librivox finds.
I have listened to nearly 100 works on Librivox, and am better for it.
My favorite Librivox recording of all time, is Sailing Alone Around the World by Joshua Slocum, recorded by Alan Chant.

I've listened to it at least a dozen times, and it's new and exciting and soothing every time.
I'm eager to dip my toe in the exciting waters of contributing recordings. My favorite works are nautical adventure: White Jacket by Herman Mellville is somewhere near the top of my list. I don't see a recording of it on Librivox, so I might jump in there.
Cheers!
