Hello everyone! I'm excited to finally join Librivox. I have enjoyed listening to audiobooks from Librivox for years now and I've always wanted to record myself. I think recording audiobooks and voice acting could be a fun new hobby to have! Thank you for activating my account

Good to have you joining us, Katherine! YES IT'S FUN Please be patient with the 'getting set up' process, which isn't honestly particularly fun -- but does avoid horrible mishaps like recording an entire chapter without the microphone plugged in, or at top volume so it distorts. (Yes, I'm speaking from experience here. )
