Hi there everybody, newbie here reporting in! My name is Lawton, and I live in the beautiful hills of southern Oregon. Been on the forum for some time, but not able to do anything because of a busy work schedule. Unemployment means I get to focus on stuff I really love: READING TO PEOPLE, music, family and friends, and good food! I plan on setting up my mic and getting to work this afternoon! Expect a good amount of content in the coming weeks, since I will be holed up in the woods with an internet connection and a couple good books! I'll start with the 1-minute test, but I have a good amount of experience with Audacity so I don't expect any issues, and I think I'll be on my way to recording a solo-project sooooon!

Not very far! A few hours away from there! Never been, myself but I'll have to look it up!
