Hi All!

I live in Melbourne, but am English (from London) and 35 yo.

New to LibriVox, but one of my 2018 resolutions was to 'give back' in some way and this seems perfect. I love telling stories and making friends gasp / laugh, so am keen to see if this translates to narrating audiobooks. My microphone and headphones arrive in a week or so, and then I will get started!

How have you guys found LibriVox so far?

Welcome aboard. I love it , apart from the absolute failures of copyright laws to keep up with the world as it is . This can be extremely irritating for us non USA residents with projects that are PD in the USA so LV can host them but are not PD here so we may be breaking our countries laws recording them.
But there are lots of other great books around , we just need to check . So do whip up your 1 minute test when your setups ready and have a hunt around the readers wanted to find something to read a chapter or 2 - you may find new authors you've never heard of.
