Hi all y'all!

I am drwilltx from Dallas (actually Irving), Texas. I have been interested in Project Gutenberg since early in its lifetime (1980 with the inception of USENET) ... yes, before there was a "world wide web" there was USENET ...

I am a student of public speaking and an entrepreneur and I recently visited Project Gutenberg to find some good stories to use to help improve my own storytelling. And discovered LibriVox!

I read the Hobbit and the LoTR trilogy aloud twice to my daughters as they were growing up ... and thought this would be a good way to be of service to my fellow man.

Welcome to LibriVox. I use to run around in your backyard when I was stationed at Fort Carson in Co. Texas is a beautiful state!
