Hello. Nice to know that you enjoy our cuisine. Hope the spice don't 'hurt' you much.

I was raised on spicy foods. It's funny as I seldom use salt and since I do most of the cooking, I made two of everything. The wife does not like the spiciness like I do. I visit this site often for recipes. Well, it is 7:30am and now I am hungry.
