Welcome. It is great that you have experience - please take the one-minute test to let us make sure your setup matches our requirement. I don't know anything about ProTools - like many folks here I use Audacity - but all we require is an mp3 file no matter how you can get it.

Then take a look in the Reader Wanted forums to find things to read - books, plays (I'm addicted to those - see my signature line), short stories and poems.
