I'm excited to become a volunteer for LibriVox. I have been enjoying many of the recordings that are already a part of such a great worthwhile resource of great literature and old books. I hope to get to know many of you as you embark on this same adventure. I'm involved for the joy of knowing that I might help someone fall in love with great reading. Reading is a life-long skill needed for enjoyment of an adventurous life. Reading books takes a person, like me, to places I could not go otherwise.
