My name is Jim, I live in southern California, and I'm a grad student in English literature. Just got a USB mic for teaching online classes (...) so I thought I should put it to some kind of better use. Looking forward to it!

I can see that you've already recorded one section. Good If you need help feel free to browse our wiki, watch the instructional videos Phil has recorded (link at the top of this forum section) or just post a question.
Btw. I also teach online and, like you, I studied the English literature (except English is not my native language).
